How do I add the custom signature to my email?

Most email clients are pretty much the same when it comes to setting up your custom signature. They include a basic menu that looks very much like any word-processing software you may have seen or used before. All you do is click the image icon and choose your custom signature image. Once the image has been selected, save the signature template and that’s it!

How do I add the custom signature to my autoresponder campaign?

Most autoresponder tools such as Aweber, Mailchimp, GetResponse, ConvertKit etc. all work pretty much the same in terms of setting up an email campaign series and signature. You can very easily add your custom signature to your signature template, or optionally only to specific email messages.

How do I add the custom signature to my blog post?

Your custom signature will be delivered to you in the form of a standard optimized jpg image file. SO, all you do is simply add it to your blog post just like you would any other image.

What's the best type of photo of myself to use?

A high quality headshot always works best. As a general rule you want just your head and a small portion of your neck and shoulders in your photo.

Can I use a logo instead of my photo?

Sure. Just follow the simple instructions below in the section to send me your photo / logo / background image etc.

Can you help me with a good tagline and USP?

Yes! My fee includes help writing a good tagline and unique selling proposition if needed. A copyrighter would charge you many times over the signature price just for each of those things. I include them as part of your purchase. : )

Why is this better than using a HTML signature service?

Custom HTML signature services charge a recurring monthly or yearly fee. With me you pay ONCE and that’s it. HTML signature are tricky to embed and often cause headaches for those trying to add them to their email client. Mine is super easy. You simply embed the image to your custom signature template.

How much is a custom signature?

The custom signature is only $45. This price is all inclusive. You get your choice of one custom signature style. Also included is the layout, design, styling, and any custom tagline and / or USP help that may be needed. Others charge this and much more monthly and even several hundred per year just to have a custom HTML signature. You don’t need it! This works just as good and nobody can tell the difference.

I use a service called Dropbox to receive files. It’s super easy to use.

1. Click the button below to open the file sending site in another tab.

2. Select to upload your photo from your computer or your Dropbox account.

3. Once you select the file you have the option to add more files. For example if you are sending a photo and a background image.

4. After you have selected the file(s) you wish to send click or tap the upload button to send them.
